Day Hunts and Corporate Dove Hunts

• Day hunts for dove are available for individuals for $100.00 per day & discounts are available for small groups.
• Day Hunts on Large Game Hunts: $200 for guide fee plus Harvest Fee (Large Game Hunts all come with Guide).
• Corporate Dove Hunts include: Food, Lodging, Entertainment with live band & awesome dove hunting for $495.00 per person for 3 nights & two days of hunting.

Packages for Large Game

• All Inclusive package includes: Guide, Transportation, Lodging, & Food for $350 per day.
• Non-hunting guests may accompany hunter for an additional $100 per day which covers lodging, meals and amenities.
• Families:  Children under 2, no charge.  Children 2-12:  $50 per day (includes food & lodging).  Children 13-17:  $100 per day ( includes food & lodging).  A non-hunting wife who shares a room with her husband may stay for $50 per day (includes food, lodging, hiking, sight seeing, etc.).
• HARVEST FEE IS IN ADDITION TO PRICES LISTED ABOVE

Mouflon Sheep

The Mouflon Sheep originates in Greece, and has been a highly sought-after trophy for centuries. A mature male will weigh near 110 lbs, & sport symmetrical spiraling horns on each side.

Aoudad Sheep

The Aoudad sheep hails from North Africa, and is considered by many to be the most challenging species of sheep to hunt. Both male and female have very large horns, but a full grown male will weigh nearly 350 lbs.

Also from Africa, the Scimitar Horned Oryx is one of the larger species of antelope in the world. Adults can weigh up to 300 lbs. and have horns as long as 40″ in length.

The Red Stagg, or Red Deer, is famous as being Europe’s version of the Elk. Although smaller, the Red Stag can still grow to be almost 400 lbs. & with its antlers ending in an amazing crown it is considered more impressive than its American relative to most trophy hunters.

The Windmill Game Ranch is also home to many Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Hogs, and many other species native to West Texas. Also, we are home to the Barrasingha Bull 1-1-10 Barrasingha, a Pakistani swamp deer the largest member of the Sika deer family & on the Endangered specie list in its native habitat. Barrasingha have successfully been introduced on Texas game ranches & are now available for harvest with a permit from the Texas Parks & Wildlife & harvest fee of $2995.00

Many other species of exotics are available upon request as well as American bison & elk which are available at a neighboring ranch.

Whitetail Hunts

One Whitetail buck and up to 2 does at no additional charge if available for the Guide fee, Lodging fee if required, & Trophy fee listed below. We hunt the whitetails by various methods. Tripods, tree stands & pop-up blinds are placed along trails & near fresh rubs & scrapes. Ground blinds & tower stands equipped with heaters, are used over feeding areas & deer feeder. Stalking, still hunting, rattling as well as safari style hunting can also be productive. Normally we go out well before daybreak & return in mid-morning, have lunch relax & then go out again in early afternoon. Those who chose to hunt all day can especially if they chose to stay in one of the ground blinds or tower blinds. The rut usually begins in early November & a second rut starts in mid December. So these times are most productive for the older mature bucks who are often nocturnal other times of the year.
